Position Description:

CGI Federal is looking for an UH-60 Maintenance Test Pilot to fill a Black Hawk Airworthiness Analyst opportunity on one of our exciting Army projects. Primarily looking for someone with H-60 MTP experience. A candidate well-versed in the areas of the mechanics and operations of current avionics/comm/nav systems (especially 60M).

DoD Secret Security Clearance required, per Federal stipulation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
  • Support the development of systems engineering processes to include requirements management, configuration management, data management, risk management, etc.
  • Support Software Integration and qualification efforts within the group
  • Ensure programs follow Systems Engineering processes to include system development and item specifications
  • Assist in the assessment of helicopter product performance and verification of requirements
  • Support major program technical reviews: Systems Requirements Reviews (SRRs), Systems Functional Reviews (SFRs), Preliminary Design Review (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs)
  • Interface with and brief customers
  • Be able to travel less than 15%
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree required (technical preferred) from an accredited college with 12 years of direct experience or an equivalent amount of relevant experience is required. A strong work ethic, the ability to work effectively with others and a healthy desire to acquire new skills are paramount in this position. Candidates should also have the following:
  • Technical/Operational background in Army aircraft systems is required (H-60M Maintenance Test Pilot experience preferred)
  • Experience with / understanding of Army Aviation development programs is desired, i.e.
UH-60A/L/M/V helicopter systems, turbine engines, subsystems, and mission kits and their

integration aspects
  • Experience and understanding of airworthiness qualification of Army aircraft systems preferred
