Northrop Grummans Capture Capability team is seeking a candidate to manage execution of a new organization dedicated to institutionalizing the development of capture leadership skills across the Aeronautics and Space Systems sectors. The Senior Principal Analyst of Capture Analytics reports to the Director of Capture Capability. Specific responsibilities include: Establishing and then executing approaches for Sector data tracking (resources, debriefs, etc.) including curation of databases in multiple security regimes Process validation and effectiveness assessment (training, CRRs, PRRs, Strategy Reviews, Baseline Reviews, Black Hats, CA/PTW, ICAs, 1st Draft and Red Team Reviews, pgo/pwin assessments, etc.) Support for the development of outcome assessments (the determination of the root cause on wins and losses) Development of corrective action recommendations to address the root causes of issues that reduce the efficiency and effectiveness of capture activities Other support as needed for the institutionalization of capture capability The successful candidate will spend time at Northrop Grumman locations in Southern California, the Washington, DC area, and other Northrop Grumman sites. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 9 years experience in capture, new business development OR 7 years with a Master's Degree Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance Preferred Qualifications: Experience with analytic approaches and/or tools (including process improvement, data collection/validation, data analytics, and/or group facilitation techniques) Experience with creative use of analytical approaches to test hypotheses Experience with aerospace capture and proposal efforts Current and active DoD Top Secret, SAP and/or SCI Clearances Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
